SA: Girlfriend call script does not check CJ's availbility #53

In SA, the relationship script will attempt to call CJ during a random point ingame, and will decrease his relationship progress with one of his girlfriends if CJ does not pick up the call.

However, the script does not check whether CJ is actually able to pick up said call, so the game will seemingly randomly decrease CJ's progress with his girlfriends in freeroam while he is driving or doing something that disables phone calls.

It's a script bug, but I'll keep it open as it could be considered a "critical" bug much like the other script bugs SP fixes. I don't know how difficult it would be, though.

I remember someone did write a "working"-ish script fix for CLEO for one of the Vadim M videos though, however seems like no one did actually publish that script for some reason.
