SilentPatch already solves this issue on the map screen:

• Resolved single-pixel wide seams showing on the Map screen with Anti-Aliasing enabled.

But there's other areas where the issue still pops up, these are the ones I know of at the moment:

• While aiming with a Sniper Rifle

• While betting on horses

• While gambling at slot machines:

• While buying a plane ticket

• While playing games like They Crawled from Uranus
