Check env map pools for behaviour when they are full (possibly corrupting pool state for all future allocations + maybe too small)
Might be identical to an old issue that plagued my SA-MP sessions 15 years ago, where minimizing occasionally breaks car reflections and lighting. Needs SkyGfx to be removed to reproduce.

Lighting may be related to the additional fake light that PC added, maybe that's why I don't see it on 1.0 anymore. These screenshots are from RGL that never got this light removed by SP.
