Bully stuck on loading screen of "Welcome to Bullworth" #47

I installed Build 2 of the patch because I had problems launching the game. Now the main menu and the first cutscene works however my game gets stuck after the cutscene in the loading screen of Welcome to bullworth. I hear the audio of the game before it finally crashes. I have the Rockstar Launcher version.

Same here just got the game so fresh install, fresh patch, intro is fine but stuck at welcome to Bullworth loading screen.

Install the latest patch Build 3 Beta, after booting for the first time there will be a prompt saying to update, do it.

Thanks for the reply, I did try that many times and only once did I manage to get into the game only for it to crash when I entered the school. Things I've tried: This patch updated alone. The definitive edition pack. Setting to compatibility mode. Installing DirectX and VisualC. Setting exe to use 2 cpu . Basically whatever I could find others trying low/high res. ect. I got a dump file once from SilentPatch and I can't get it to create another to share here.
