Random Crashes (Trying to Solve) #89

I've been playing Bully using the D.E.P. mod which includes the SilentPatch and am trying to figure out what the source of my crashes is. Here are my DMP files.

I've tried adjusting all sorts of things from resolution to AA and haven't gotten anything stable yet.

If I am to use the CustomMemoryMgr setting, what should I be putting instead of zero? I'm running Windows 10 20H2, a 3080 with 10GB of video memory, and 32 GB of system RAM.

Any feedback on my crashes is appreciated.

Okay, so I just realized those DMP files are completely blank. What am I missing here?

This is potentially solved; apparently when going through the setup process for D.E.P., I probably didn't fully install the required DirectX libraries. The self-extracting archive probably went straight to my temp directory and I never ran DXSETUP.exe. I manually extracted and ran it to be sure, and haven't been having any crashes since.

Anyone else still having crashes using SilentPatch (probably due to mods) can get the required libraries from the links on this page:
