Porsche Unleashed - Crash while loading Schwarzwald #4

I've had this crash consistently across different hardware with Verok's patch, and while it doesn't happen on an unpatched version of the game using WINE on Linux (while Verok's patch on Linux exhibits the same issue), I'd like to figure this out so I can play this game on Windows finally. I was hoping that the Silent Patch would fix it somehow, but it doesn't. The last I looked into this using a debugger, it seems to be crashing like loading one of the "forest.*" files, but IIRC swapping the sky box like some fixes for other levels didn't work.

Do you have any ideas on how to debug this? Thanks!

I'm not sure how you could debug this, unfortunately. The only idea I'd have is to try playing around with different graphical settings, perhaps some specific setting triggers/solves that.
