Aggregate Device Issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Aggregate Device (two cinema displays)
2. Select Newly created Aggregate Device from Menu
3. Does output sound through Aggregate device

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sound to come through both sets. But it does not seem to select the aggregate 
device. Sound comes from one of the displays

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mavericks 10.9

Please provide any additional information below.
