What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The problem is a transparence, why the install the cs for apply format 
PixelFormat.Format24bppRgb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Kaliko.ImageLibrary.dll, v1.2.1.1
