Players can get drops in claimed land #29

Describe the bug I found the bug when a player mentioned it. In a neutral kingdom's land, they found that they can break blocks and still get the drop, but the block regens.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download Factions or Kingdoms (Ill provide if u dont have kingdoms)
  2. Set a drop for a block.
  3. Break that block in a kingdom

Expected behavior No drop is made.

Hi there! So sorry for missing this issue, I just logged back on GitHub today, I never got notified about this post. OtherDrops does need to manually check for permissions so if you could link me to the plugin pages I'll check out their API and see if they have a method to check for player build perms
