1 year ago I know this is ages late, but was pondering on this issue a bit and couldn't decide:
Should the fortune enchant increase the chance of your drop succeededing? OR Increase the quantity of the item dropped (like in vanilla)?
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, using higher levels of fortune does not impact the chance values as one would expect it to based on vanilla Minecraft behavior.
Describe the solution you'd like Add a condition that allows for fortune to impact a drop from blocks.
Describe alternatives you've considered A blanket fortune increase for all drops.
