Update to 1.20.4 #180

MC version has been updated from 1.20.1 to 1.20.4, fabric loader version has been updated to 0.15.7, and the embedded stacc-api is now on the official 1.8.0 release (not @CoolMineman's fork). Three small updates to the code needed to be made to work with the update.
