Updating Julia Pkg clone URL #9

Updating the URL as per the recommendation of @cstook.

Note- the nightly checkout seems to require Julia 0.6 and lower. If I have some time I'll see if I can figure out how to update that but I thought this might be a decent start just to get the main branch pulling down into Julia as intended.

@DANA-Laboratory Can we update this so that newcomers have the correct clone URL?

I believe @ederag has an updated PR in #14 so I am going to close this.
