Use SD card for settings

Save the thermostat settings to the SD card instead of EEPROM if present.

• [ ] Check if SD card with settings file is present. Default to EEPROM settings if not
• [ ] If SD card settings are present, update EEPROM settings.
• [ ] If settings are changed, save them on the SD card and EEPROM
