we created a shared folder for uploading information on the upcoming beamtime on Sr2CuO3. You can access it through the following link:

  1. Web page to access the Jupyter notebook https://max-jhub.desy.de/ a. Login with UPEX credentials i. Partition – XFEL ii. Python version – 3.6 iii. Classical notebook
  2. After login you will be in your root folder. The path to experimental folder /GPFS/exfel/exp/SCS/202202/poo2956/urs/Software/SP. In “software” folder you can make your own folders and copy files from “SP” folder.
  3. There are three files: “XAS-Copy1” for absorption scans, “TR_XAS_base_Copy1” for time resolved absorption scans, and “UP_2956_RIXS_test-Copy1” for RIXS scans.
  4. Before using the notebooks you need to activate the kernel for our experiment. The instruction are here SCS Toolbox — SCS Toolbox documentation (xfel.eu)

We are still checking things. We start looking at the signal of the diodes, then we need to do some work on the laser. It will take some time.
