Hi,
Personally, I haven't experienced any disconnections, but what happens frequently is: "2024-07-31 16:22:13 - ERROR - Error processing [username]: Message: Tried to run command without establishing a connection"
A minute ago, and so far there's been no feedback, so we'll see what happens
Thank you for your reply I had 3 disconnections in 1.5 days, since I put the last update of firefox 128.0.3 I have not had the problem again I cross my fingers :)
@FabLeKebab you are with the free operator ?(when I was with them my fiber line was not stable with micro cuts)
I am with the bouygues operator and the only error I have from time to time is an "EOF error"
EOF error - Clear the the stream links and live users json files and save with just the following:
{
}
You're welcome, don't worry!
I am with Orange, using fiber. Do you have this error problem on your end? I'd like to resolve it to avoid having to restart
Tonight I had quite a few errors of this type:
I didn't get the error you described.
again disconected today :
@Coombaa:I am regularly disconnected from the web version so the script does not retrieve the lives, so I have to check very regularly if the script is still running, strangely never disconnected from the mobile application, it is not possible to implement selenium stealth on a next version (maybe that will improve this point?)?
No problem, I'll make do, good luck
@FabLeKebab Are you running the script 24/7? Are you using a proxy/VPN? How long have you been running the script without re-injecting the connection cookies?
I'm trying to understand why I have untimely disconnections, I've been experiencing this problem for less than a week, I was able to run the program for several weeks without any disconnections before
@jean75000 I use it for at least 10 hours a day, and during this time, I have encountered two errors as mentioned earlier. I don’t use a VPN, but I do have Adguard (with a lifetime official license). It’s possible that these errors are coming from there; I’ll try blocking TTAutoRecord in the Adguard settings to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, I never reinsert my cookies unless Chrome logs me out for no reason. Additionally, we are both French, and the only difference is that you are with Free and I am with Orange. I don’t think our Internet service provider is the cause of your errors
Édit : When I disabled Adguard, just one second later, I received this message: WebDriverException occurred: Message: Failed to decode response from marionette
. It is likely that Adguard is indeed the cause. I will try to keep it disabled all night to see if the error reappears
@Coombaa do you have any idea where this could come from? I've tried everything, the script runs on a PC 24/7 and I have to monitor it all the time to see if there is no disconnection.
I am disconnected every 1.5-2 days
I encountered the problem about 10 days ago, I had no problem before that.
Thanks
after resetting the password, making a ticket to tiktok support and reconnecting for 5 days I have not had any news of disconnection I am still waiting a little to cry victory :)
today disconnection... I'm fed up I don't understand why
Personally I have it but it comes back afterwards, it doesn't prevent the download. What happens sometimes is errors but it must be my Adguard DNS module...
I don't use adguard. It doesn't come back for me, it's like my cookies are no longer valid and so I have to do this procedure again if I want it to work again:
Access TikTok Live via your web browser and authenticate your account. Open the EditThisCookie extension and select the 'Export' icon. Paste the Cookies into \json\cookies.json Important - Do not log out after extracting your cookies!
I went almost 10 days without a problem, it was an achievement!!

Maybe more TikTok updates, it seems like that's all they do... With version 4.1.0, I never had this kind of issue. I think I'll switch back to 4.1.0 to keep my DNS activated...
However, I'm not sure if it's still active. He responded to someone recently, but if not, there are always other similar projects on GitHub that I'll try to get working if this one stops being updated 🤷🏻♂️
I hope the project is still active because the program works well but this disconnection problem is really annoying because I have to monitor all the time if the program is running correctly
Last response almost 3 weeks ago, we will see in the coming weeks, if it ends up being abandoned I would understand with all the updates they are constantly making... But yes, in fact it works well (try with version 4.1.2 without deleting the one you are currently using)
I have this error that appears from time to time I don't know if it's normal, it's maybe linked to my disconnection problem?:
I don't think the problem is on your end; it seems that the code is clicking too quickly, from what I understand. Personally, I only encounter errors like "No stream..." and "Passing firewall...", but the connection doesn’t drop. It remains active and continues to record normally. However, with version 4.1.2, I didn’t have these errors, which is why I will switch back to the main branch
@jean75000 Try adding a DNS to your IPv4 settings. Ten minutes ago, the error kept occurring repeatedly. I changed my DNS and restarted the computer, and now everything seems to be working. Worth checking...
@FabLeKebab for now I leave it like that I continue my tests if ever I still have problems I will test 4.1.3 with DNS then with a different TikTok account and if ever I still have problems I will come back to 4.1.2
You came back to 4.1.2 + DNS? what dns are you using?
@jean75000
This morning, I encountered the issue I mentioned a few hours ago. I tried switching to version 4.1.2, but it didn't work. So, I went back to version 4.1.3, then had the idea to change my DNS settings. After restarting the computer, everything worked fine without any problems
So, I haven't tested the solution with version 4.1.2. As for my DNS, I used CloudFlare's:
Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1 Secondary DNS: 1.0.0.1
I'll give you the instructions on Windows 11 in French (because there are two places where they can be changed) : You search for "WiFi," then click on "Paramètres WiFi," followed by "Propriétés du matériel," and at the bottom, "Autres options d'adaptateur" and then set the DNS mentioned above or any other one; in any case, CloudFlare's works well for me
Ok,Thanks :) as soon as I start having problems again I'll keep it that way, for now everything works
I did a test with CloudFlare DNS it's a little better and I lasted 16 days connected non-stop before having the error "No Active stream links found" again I had to reconnect and copy the cookies
I use version 4.1.3 +Cloudfare DNS
Hello,
for about a week I have frequent disconnections from tiktok, the script tells me "No Active stream links found" I have to reconnect to tiktok on my chrome and re-export the cookies so that the recordings work again. Am I the only one?
everything is up to date (Firefox, requirements,TTAutoRecord V4.1.3)
update: today two disconnections
Thanks
