Run Coophive on Mac ARM arch #41

great work!

  1. dev mode shouldn’t be enabled by default, but it should be documented (specifically, that it only needs to be enabled for local development on arm mac)
  2. can you try and run through the instructions on a fresh linode linux with dev mode off and check it still works end to end?
  3. please update the docs with how to install the dependencies on mac, and test the end to end docs instructions on both platforms

please put screenshots on the PR of the above working :)
