Regarding the Logeion glosses from Helma Dik, I am actively working on those as part of the Greek Vocabulary Tool. I am also working on mappings between the headwords in Logeion, LSJ, BrillDAG, BauerDAG, etc.
The SESB lexicon from the German Bible Society has already been improved on by Oliver Glanz, me and Janet Dyk, so I really wonder if there is any need to ask for permission? Janet Dyk at least does not have high regard for the original work, and we have really changed it a lot.

It's still a derivative work, so we probably do need permission. But in the current state, the German Bible Society probably does not own your improvements unless there was a stipulation to that effect in some contract that somebody signed.
We could go ahead and approach GBS. I have already informed Markus Hartmann about our initiative with the Copenhagen Alliance, and he responded positively. It will be good to have the website in the air first.
What do you mean by "UBS paratext"? If you mean the software program, ParaTExt 8, it is freely available as a program (though much of the data is not, obviously).
Free but I don't think it's open source @toddlprice .
For the website and README.md, I thought it would be better to use categories so nobody feels like we are lusting after their resources in public documents. Here's what I wrote.
We are targeting resources that are useful primarily for people working with texts in the original biblical languages. Here are some kinds of resources we would like to see freely available:
At last week's meeting, we made the following list of existing resources that we would like to have freed. Many of these resources belong to Bible societies, we would like to approach them to make the case for making them freely available. If they cannot be freed, we may want to replicate some of them or find alternatives.
Is this still the list we want to request? Does it need modification?
