A FindAMQP-CPP Cmakelist.txt would be useful for CMake users. Think along the lines of https://cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.0/module/FindBoost.html and https://github.com/SFML/SFML/blob/master/cmake/Modules/FindSFML.cmake.
