Publish plugin to luarocks

Since you depend on luarocks, could you publish the plugin as a package so we can use it seamlessly with https://github.com/nvim-neorocks/rocks.nvim?

You could add a github action to always publish it automatically on a tag creation for releases and a "dev" version directly from the main branch.

We don't depend on luarocks. tiktoken is optional. That package is indeed published on luarocks as https://luarocks.org/modules/gptlang/tiktoken_core
