Front page or wiki needs a list of dependencies. #16

It would be useful to have a list of deps for people who try to build this.  By 
trial and error I found I needed to install the following packages on my debian 
wheezy (raspberry pi) distribution:

libasound2-dev
libflag-dev
libmad0-dev
libvorbis-dev
libfaad-dev
libmpg123-dev

If there are any other deps I must have had them installed already.

I don't think the -dev versions are really necessary, they contain usually 
code-headers and are only needed for development with them. I just installed 
the lib version (e.g. libmpg123-0 and it worked for me.

Binary packages for Windows can be found on http://rarewares.org/ and the 
libmpg123-0.dll can be found on http://www.mpg123.de/download.shtml
