Mac OS: 192 kHz not possible over HDMI #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playback 24bit/192kHz file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Normal Playback over HDMI (works on same machine/output with Decibel 
for Mac for example).
Instead: slow playback with 44.1kHz

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.8.4 on a 2012 MacMini, HDMI output to NAD C 390DD digital amplifier,
squeezelite 1.2 (1.1 had the same problem),
LMS 7.7.2

Solved with LMS 7.8.
