Spaces in options to WSGIDaemonProcess directive. #55

If a space is required in value associated with option to WSGIDaemonProcess, 
one can't say:

  display-name="a b"

Instead one needs to say:

  "display-name=a b"

How parsing of options is done needs to be improved to allow what is more 
logically the correct way 
of doing it.

Version 3.0 of mod_wsgi now released with this fix.
