II Sam. URNs mistakenly have I Sam IDs #102

For example the URN for II Sam. 1 is currently urn:cts:copticLit:ot.1sam.coptot:1, should be urn:cts:copticLit:ot.2sam.coptot:1 (and same for vid_n). This is already fixed locally in my files but we'll need to rerelease the whole corpus to fix, ideally while also fixing #101

Usually we map changed URNs but these are in essence pointing to the wrong thing (misapplied not wrong), so I am assuming we don't need to do anything about the mapping file for deprecated URNs
