Corpling redirects for base URLs

Once the software is set up on the new servers, we need to redirect the following URLS as soon as possible, because they are in the NEH HCRR grant application:

FYI https://corpling.uis.georgetown.edu/annis/scriptorium redirects to https://gucorpling.org/annis/scriptorium not annis.copticscriptorium.org because of the instance issue discussed in #8
