Seems like when you log in, the item cooldown fill doesn't work, and needs to be unchecked and rechecked to work.

Can you add a screenshot of your plugin settings and a gif/video of the issue? I am unable to reproduce this issue with the default settings. You can revert to default settings with the 'Reset' button.
