repo deletes repositories when they are re-ordered #70

Affected Version:
$ repo --version
repo version v1.6.8.7-2
       (from git+ssh://.../tools/repo.git)
git version 1.6.0.6
Python 2.5.2 (r252:60911, Sep 30 2008, 15:41:38) 
[GCC 4.3.2 20080917 (Red Hat 4.3.2-4)]

Environment:
Fedora Core 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Re-order repositories in your manifest.xml
2. Repo sync

What is the expected output?
The repositories that were previously in the manifest are un-affected.

What do you see instead?
The repository is deleted, including permanently removing any commits that have 
not been published.

I presume you mean moved, rather than a literal shifting in the manifest.xml?

I meant a shifting in the manifest. This has probably been fixed, since it was 
so long ago.
