Sound effects for Herbert‘s death, killing player, and chase SFX.

Added but also am going to add sfx to replace the bracken growl. Should be down in about 2 hours.

Don't know how to change Bracken Growl but I was able to fix the Bracken Death Sound which was coded wrong.
