Trunk version doesn't compile with Windows MSVS 2010 Environment #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get latest SVN sources
2. Try to build libglog or libglog_static with MSVS 2010

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Success compilation expected but compiler claims on ssize_t type in logging.cc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN trunk, Windows 7 x64, MSVS 2010 SP1 (32bit mode compilation).

Please provide any additional information below.
