initializer scripts separated by OS #2

took axemoor-init.sh and made two copies edited ubuntu-init.sh to correct git clone destination issues edited raspbian-init.sh to run correct installation of packages raspbian-init.sh still needs a line to append the atom package source to /etc/apt/sources.list

Merging these before testing because branch master isn't tested anyhow, and I want a separate branch for each OS initializer.
