Subtitle issues #75

This player has low support for subtitles already, but it doesn't run subrip subtitles correctly because they have color formatting, italics, bold, underline, and strikethrough. It would be nice to have this fixed. ASS subtitle support would also be nice, but at least fix the current subtitles and allow them to be inside the same location with the same name as the video to make it easier to add subtitles.

ASS subtitle support will be monumental work as it is a quite complex system where subtitles can be stretched and scaled

I understand, but if you can add at least all the formating options to the standard sub rip, then it would at least make it nicer to use. Color, italics, and bold to the subtitles to make it work better with standard subtitles without extra issues.
