Remove zeuslightning125 from Group #11

Due to license infringement and removing code, I have removed zeuslightning125 from the organization in an attempt to prevent further damage.

The code he provided is licensed under GNU Public License version 2. He removed code that he created under that license as well as code made by other members under the license we use: GNU Lesser Public License version 3.

He also shows intent on leaving in issue #10, which prompted his removal.
