Require bonemeal for Spell of Growth #330

Just like Spell of Forging requires fuel, Growth should require bonemeal in inventory.

3 stacks of bonemeal or 1 stack of bones

Do you want mixing (for example some bone meal and some bones) or is just picking each as a whole enough?

Whatever is easier for you. I think mixing could be cool but it’s not necessary! :)

Not mixing is way easier (already done).
