Spell of Peddling doesn’t work with Written Books #347

Not sure what should happen here. We want to preserve data value (white wool not black wool, charcoal not coal) but we definitely need to ignore other NBT structures which make Written Book trade unusable with that spell.

Vanilla completely ignores NBT structures at the moment. Should I mirror that?
