Allow to untrack a loot category in compass #351

Not sure how. We probably don’t want to fuck up the GUI, so I think a command would suffice. Any /mantle blahblah will be OK now, I can alias it with Core anyway.

Command is /mantle untrack Permission is mantle.command.untrack
