Allow to change items required for spells to work

I’d like to balance them out but asking you to change hardcoded values is silly. :)

You have to add item to every book like this:

  Unsliming:
    RequiredItem:
      Name: slime_ball
      Amount: 180

Thanks. Do I guess correctly when I say that I can use - pick and all that jazz here as well?
