Always queue up Chase’s author #366

  1. Chase 1 is running
  2. Player B sponsors Chase 2
  3. Player B should be added to Chase 2’s queue no matter what

I understand that we don’t want to maintain 2nd, 3rd queues but there needs to be cache for the sponsor which would be read when next chase is announced and the sponsor needs to be automatically added. Everyone else needs to join manually.

The sponsor will be added to his chase now. It adds him when the message about next chase is displayed.
