Add used/max values to every loot category in compass #369

They would display in tooltips, showing people how many categories they used up. Those could be done client-side with ProtocolLib maybe?

Please display them only for rare categories and only when 1st range (closest range, 33% of cap) was depleted.

Use <UsedMax> in nanobot yml file for a category. It will be replaced with empty string if in 1st range.
