As a server developer for YLD.io contracted to British Gas Connected Homes (makers of Hive Home)
In September we went into a limited trial production phase with our CoreOS/Docker/Node.js stack, a project we began back in April 2014.
I'll talk through the problems we were trying to solve, why we thought CoreOS and Docker were a good fit, and walk through the stack that we currently have.
In particular I'll focus on lessons learned, what went well and what was painful. Bring tissues and popcorn.
