Fix BrokenLink

The url to the getting started folder should remain relative. The link isn't working as there's a typo in the casing of the folder name in the markdown file. If you fix the url on the second change to be Scenarios/Getting-Started-with-CoreWCF it should work. Your proposed change will cause the wrong URL to be followed when navigating from a repo fork.
I believe if you modify the first link to look like [CoreWCF](../../../CoreWCF/) that you should get the correct URL generated.
