Tag configuration session bugs when all tags are deleted #14

Describe the bug 🐞

When you access the tag configuration from any asset, if you delete all tags, a blank page is shown, being unable to create a new tag.

Steps to Reproduce 🔄

1 - Open the Hub 2 - Open any asset configuration 3 - Go to Tags tab 4 - Delete all tags

Expected behavior ✅

The hub should at least show a create new tag button.

Hi, @JoJoSchier , thank you for the advice of this bug, this will be fixed in the next update!
