Add MultiLobby hook to balance player on multiple auth servers.

Hello,

What could be pretty good for the hand-made network systems of some servers would be to set a kind of variable like pars example %a% and if you set Lobby-%a% it looks at all the servers record in the bungeecord starting with Lobby- and anything after that and it looks at putting on the server the least used and/or a Lobby%n% (n for number in my example) and it makes all the Lobby- and a number after that and at least it fills the 1, 2, 3, etc.. ... or/and running a command at least even if your system is not really adapted to a certain situation it doesn't matter the owner could try to solve it.
