What tool do you want? GeoIP lookup

Describe the solution you'd like A tool that can be used to lookup the location / ISP / etc. of a particular IP address

Is their example of this tool in the wild? Several online services exist, e.g. https://www.iplocation.net

Additional context A free GeoIP database is available here (it's also packaged for several Linux distributions): https://mailfud.org/geoip-legacy/
