What tool do you want? Unicode Text Formatter

Describe the solution you'd like Plaintext can be formatted to bold, italics, underline, serif or sans, etc.

Is their example of this tool in the wild? Example: https://unicode-formatter.demolab.com/

Additional context I use this tool often for posting announcements to a club's Facebook group. A prior URL for this disappeared, but I found another after looking to see if it's in the tool kit here.
