[BE] Implement journey object

One journey object should have a Title, Description, Tags, Author, reference to parent trace, visibility, and the used filters.

ToDo:

• create data structure and mongoDB schema
• provide endpoints for: create trace, get all, get one, filter
• get all should support pageination (i.e., "give entries x to y") and filters
