We should implement basic utility filters which will be an abstraction of the already working key-op-value end-point. They should include:

Search by tag
Search by ref/notRef
Search by media type

After talking with Udk, for the simpler version only the tag filtering should be available. For the advanced filtering, 3-value filters should be used.
