Move projects from GrokSoft to Corionis #119

It was decided to move ELS and ELS Plex Generator from GrokSoft to Corionis. Primarily because Corionis (Todd Hill) has written most of the code since the beginning in 2015.

Apologies to anyone using the Updater. Moving the project from GrokSoft to Corionis broke the updater because the URL changed.

Solution: Edit ELS/bin/updater.info and changed the URL to:

`https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Corionis/ELS/Version-4.0.0/deploy`

Known changes have been completed and lightly tested.
