Fix arrLen calculation in getDeployedAssets function

getDeployedAssets function in AssetFactory has error in calculation of arrLen variable

Fix it by moving below line just before to ra and lv arr initialization as mentioned in mitigation here : sherlock issue link

• [ ] Add testcase for this edge case in AssetFactory.ts file
