Add support for Folia #45

This PR seeks to add support for the new Folia scheduler architecture, while still keeping cross-compatibility with Bukkit.

It also fixes an issue that keeps bundling Bukkit with the plugin, reducing the file size to 150KiB from 4.5MiB.
