minor grammar & inclusivity fixes for the readme #80

documentation change only changed "citizen science" to "community science" to promote inclusivity clarified "A note on versions" and "Filtering" sections fixed minor typos

Thanks for the PR! There's been some uncertainty internally about the transitions to the term community science since that term already has a pre-existing alternate meaning. But I agree citizen science should be dropped and I have used it already in reference to eBird in the eBird Best Practices, so I think it's a worthwhile change.
