Design volunteering page

I'd like help from @savannahmillion on designing this one.

Some things I think people need to get from this page:

• What volunteer opportunities are there?
• What's the time commitment?
• How do I sign up?

I'm struggling with how to organize the info -- there are different ways to get involved, all with different time/day commitments (can get a sense from the sign up form).

Some thoughts:

• CTA should be the volunteer sign up form
• Content box on the side with farm schedule (Workdays every other Saturday 10-1PM, Community nights Wednesdays 6-8PM, Christopher House Tuesdays 10AM, etc)
• List the roles at the top, link to longer descriptions further down the page

Also: what happens after I sign up?

We should include something about our general recruitment timeline -- recruit in March, season runs April - October, winter is for planning. If people reach out to us about joining teams in the off-season, they might not hear from us til March when we invite them to a kickoff meeting.
